This course is built for sales reps looking to get into sales leadership, team
leads who are new to management, or even Sales Managers looking to
advance their skills and management style.
Oftentimes, sales reps are put into team lead or management positions
without any sort of training or development on how to properly manage a
team. In order to ensure not only the success of the lead or manager, but of
the team, a plan for getting them the skills they need is a critical piece of the
